A center for printmaking and book arts, A6 cultivates art appreciation, enhances learning through art, and expands creative expression. Founded in 2007, A6 is Central Oregon’s only publicly-accessible printmaking and book arts studio. Modeled after the traditional French atelier, or working studio, A6 engages artists, teachers, students, and the greater community with exhibits, workshops, art talks, and educational programs.

Athena's Gem, Inc. exists to restore and operate the historic Gem Theatre and Star Saloon in Athena Oregon. The rehabilitation is underway with the exterior of the building and interior of most of the Star Saloon nearly complete. The Star Saloon will serve as a multipurpose space, including meeting space, lobby, gallery, and Hodaka Motorcycle Museum. The Theatre will be restored as a performing arts space. The project is on track to be complete by the end of 2018.

Since 1992, Aurora Chorus has honored the strength and beauty of women’s lives through the fine art of choral singing. Aurora was founded on the belief that music can be a powerful instrument of peace—locally, globally, and in the hearts of all who sing and all who listen. In an atmosphere of personal growth and cooperation, Aurora is proud to provide both novice and experienced singers with an unparalleled opportunity to expand a love of singing into fine choral experiences.

Celebrating the true saga of hardy German and Swiss immigrants who founded the first Christian communal society on the West Coast in 1856, Aurora Mills, in the historic heart of Oregon’s French Prairie, the Aurora Colony Historical Society, established in 1963, and its members are stewards of eleven 1800s buildings on the National Registry of Historic Places, historic documents, photographs, maps, and artifacts. Exhibits interpreting this rich history greet Old Aurora Colony Museum visitors .

The primary mission of the B-17 Alliance Foundation, an Oregon nonprofit corporation, is to honor the American spirit of World War II. The restoration of the famous “Milwaukie Gas Station Bomber” is only part of the alliance mission. It is the personal stories of Americas “Greatest Generation” that drives our educational and inspirational outreach programs. By returning the Lacey Lady, a World War II B-17G Flying Fortress, to her original flying glory, the aircraft will fly in honor of the valiant men and women who served our country at home and abroad.

The mission of the Bach Cantata Choir is to sing the entire set of sacred cantatas by Johann Sebastian Bach over 30 years. The choir performs four cantata concerts per year – one or two cantatas per concert – as well as an annual Holiday Baroque concert. Cantatas are chosen to closely match the liturgical time of the year for which Bach wrote them. Concerts are scheduled for Sunday afternoons at 2pm. Singers come from many different choirs in the Portland area.

Bag&Baggage is Hillsboro's only professional theatre company, providing access to innovative, provocative takes on the classics of English and American drama for the residents of Hillsboro and all of Western Oregon. Our work focuses on cracking open and exploring the great works of Western literature, making them relevant for contemporary audiences, and connecting them to the lives of our diverse audiences.

Ballet Fantastique (BFan) reimagines the future of dance. We advance our mission through three wings of work: Dance Performance--engaging non-traditional dance audiences through innovative original ballets; Dance Education--our award-winning school trains the next generation of young artists, with scholarship support for youth in need; and Dance Outreach, reaching across barriers in access to bring in-school and in-theater dance experiences to youth, especially in underserved/rural areas.

Ballet Folklorico Ritmo Alegre is a Mexican folk dance troupe based in Medford. The group's mission is to empower youth through dance and to serve as cultural ambassadors. Ritmo Alegre began in 1992 and has evolved into a community youth performance troupe. Its repertoire includes traditional dances in authentic costume from over 15 Mexican states. Classes for ages 3 and up are held at the group's dance studio in Medford. The group performs in local festivals and school and community events.

The Bandon Arts Council supports theatrical and functional usage of the Sprague Community Theater, as well as promotion of the facility, through fundraising.

The Bandon Historical Society operates a museum in Bandon's old city hall, a building constructed after the fire that leveled Bandon in 1936. In over 5,000 square feet of display space, the museum preserves and displays the history of Bandon and the Coquille River valley. Beach, boats and bogs (cranberry bogs), trees, cheese, fire and water are all parts of the story told in Bandon's museum.

Bandon Showcase, Inc was founded in 2003 to bring quality cultural events to the Southern Oregon coast. Since then, we have continued to delight our audiences with professional entertainers, from the Vienna Boys Choir to The Kingston Trio to Deadwood Revival. Acts include classical music, jazz, bluegrass, comedy and specialty acts - as long as they create a memorable evening for our ticket holders. In addition, we are committed to providing outreach opportunities for our youth.

Barnstormers Theatre of Grants Pass is the oldest continuously operating community theater in Oregon. For more than 60 years, we have produced more than 230 plays as well as providing education for youth in the County. We produce seven plays per year from September to June. These are a musical and mostly comedies, but sometimes, a drama or two. Our educational activities include a youth summer camp in July. We also put on family friendly and affordable Melodramas in the summer.

The mission of the Bay Area Concert Band is to provide a musical performance opportunity for adults and students by bringing a concert band repertoire to the local citizenry.

The Beaverton Downtown Association was formed to enhance the community identity and heritage, foster a center of activity and ensure economic stability for the heart of downtown Beaverton. Beaverton is a Main Street community with a dedicated group of volunteers committed to incremental revitalization efforts based on downtown’s unique assets, character and heritage. These new efforts have increased the hometown feel and made the downtown a vibrant visitor destination for shopping, business services and dining experiences. The mission of the Beaverton Downtown Association is to promote the preservation, history, culture, architecture and public use of Beaverton’s traditional downtown area.

Our mission is to connect our community and classrooms to provide all Beaverton students access to the people, tools and experiences that expand the depth, breadth and relevance of their academic journey.

Our mission is to provide education to the community about our cultural heritage through the preservation, interpretation and celebration of our historic past. Our goals are to collect and preserve photos, artifacts and documents that relate to Beaverton, to interpret and present local history through exhibits and educational programs, publications and events. The Beaverton Library Foundation supports the Beaverton City Library through fundraising and programmatic support. The Foundation is the lead sponsor of the annual summer reading program, promotes literary contests for teens, provides funds for library materials and technology, and secures funds for building improvements. The Beaverton Library Foundation ensures that the library will be the cultural heart of our community for generations to come.

The Beaverton Symphony Orchestra’s mission is to provide an opportunity for local musicians who are passionate about classical music to come together and create a musical experience that can be shared with the community through quality live performances at an affordable price. The Symphony is committed to enriching the performing arts culture of the Beaverton area and making classical music accessible to the broadest possible audience. 

For 25 years, Bells of the Cascades, an advanced level community handbell choir based in Portland, has been advancing the art of handbell ringing through performance and education. They have performed throughout Oregon and with groups such as Novum Chamber Singers, David York Ensemble, Bridgetown Sound, Pink Martini, and Portland's Singing Christmas Tree. Every couple of years BOC invites ringers from all over the world to join them on handbell cruises.

The mission of the Bend Genealogical Society is to provide essential resources for researching, teaching, exchanging and preserving the records of family history. To fulfill the mission, the Society has a Genealogical Research Library with over 2,900 volumes, offers monthly presentations on Family History topics, and provides one-on-one genealogical mentoring in Bend.

Since 1997, Bend Theatre for Young People has been dedicated to ensuring that all children have the opportunity to learn the art and craft of theatre. As programs in music and theatre are being cut in our public schools, the need for performing arts programs like BTYP is becoming greater. At BTYP, students learn more than our core theatre curriculum, they also learn important skills - self-discipline, self-confidence, responsibility and good communication that will last throughout their lives.

The Benton County Historical Society is a nonprofit corporation that operates museum facilities for the preservation of history and culture. Its mission is to: 1. Preserve the material and intellectual culture of Benton County, Oregon, by acquiring and caring for significant collections that illustrate and interpret the history of the area and its relationship to the world; 2. Enrich people’s lives through exhibitions and educational programs.

First, Big Mouth Society has attracted and maintained a core group of musicians who combine in unique groups for rehearsals, salons and performances. There is no formula for these ensembles, and participating musicians are of varied levels and backgrounds. As a result, we are proud to be one of the most diverse collectives of artists in Portland with people from many age groups, cultural origins, genders, and worldviews represented. Our commitment to cultivating and celebrating this diversity is reflected in our wide array of innovative projects.

Boom Arts is a Portland, OR-based boutique presenter of contemporary theatre and performance with a social justice commitment and a global view. Founded in 2012, we present plays and multidisciplinary performances, as well as accompanying workshops, lectures, post-show discussions, community gatherings, and other events, in traditional and non-traditional venues around the Portland metro area. Our mission is to "imagine new social and political possibilities through live performance."

Founded over 30 years ago, the Architectural Heritage Center is a hub for preserving Portland’s unique historic built environment and diverse cultural heritage. As Portland grows and changes, our work helps ensure that we don’t lose what connects us to the city. Our mission and work highlight our rich architectural heritage balanced with important, critical issues like housing affordability, environmental sustainability and social equity. Each year the AHC organises over 120 public programs.

The Architectural Heritage Center is a non-profit resource for historic preservation owned and operated by the Bosco-Milligan Foundation. As “home base” for heritage conservation in the Portland, Oregon metro area, the AHC hosts dozens of programs, tours, and exhibits each year which help people appreciate and preserve older and historic buildings, neighborhoods, and traditional commercial areas.

Bridges Oregon, Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving Oregonians who are Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard of Hearing or face other communication barriers. It is in our mission to facilitate equity and inclusiveness and to provide a bridge to opportunities through advocacy, education and communication.

Bridgetown is where middle school and high school musical theater performers receive professional triple-threat training (acting, dancing, and vocal performance) to achieve entrance to a top tier college musical theater program and ultimately to work in professional theater. It is also a place where aspiring actors learn their craft to compete for scholarships at these same college programs.

Broadway Rose Theatre Company has been entertaining audiences with professionally produced musicals since 1992. The Brookings Area Council for the Arts (BACA) was established in 1985 to foster all of the arts in the area and serve as an umbrella agency to assist and promote organizations and individuals in the arts.

Bubbaville, Inc. is a volunteer-run organization dedicated to the educational and cultural enrichment of the Portland metro region through traditional music and dance. Bubbaville’s mission is to educate, provide, promote and encourage the appreciation of traditional music and dance. We strive to achieve this mission through a variety of community events, including the annual Portland Old Time Music Gathering and other programs and events that instruct, inform, stage, perform, document, photograph and record this heritage.

Nestled among the pines in a corner of Southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley, the ghost town of Buncom provides a look back into the past, to the days when gold miners swarmed the hills, to the loggers who matched their hand-held saws against the mighty forests, to the ranchers and farmers who brought stability and a sense of home. Today, the memory of Buncom past – of the strong, able and self-sufficient people who populated it – is a quiet reminder of the importance of neighbors and community.

The Butte Creek Mill Foundation mission is to preserve heritage, build community, and improve the environment. Our goals are implementing a core curriculum about Native Americans, early settlers, nutrition, ecology of Butte Creek and early building methods. Plans includes distribution of heritage foods, flour products; ecological curriculum on Butte Creek; and nutrition and benefits of native heritage foods. All processes will adhere to a policy of sustainability and integrity.

The C.C. Stern Type Foundry’s Museum of Metal Typography is a working museum–with a focus on “working.” We operate one of the only type foundries between San Francisco and Vancouver, B.C. Our capability to make metal type and decorative print elements, and to share that craft with the community, fills a growing need within the Pacific Northwest’s vital network of designers, letterpress printers and book artists.

c3:initiative is a platform for critical inquiry. We provide a place-based support structure to nurture personal and social introspection to individuals and communities interested in engaging in thoughtful conversations. Through adaptive residencies, exhibitions, and public programs, c3 offers forward-thinking models for collaboration and resource sharing.

Caldera is a catalyst for the transformation of underserved youth through innovative, year-round art and environmental programs. Caldera serves Oregon youth from both urban and rural communities with limited access to educational and economic resource opportunities. Caldera supports youth from sixth grade into early adulthood. Our programs nurture individual creativity to ignite self-expression and transform the way young people engage in their lives, families, and communities.

Camerata Musica facilitates, encourages, and promotes classical chamber music in the mid-Willamette valley. It has presented free chamber music concerts in Salem since 1977. The concerts are varied in instrumentation, personnel, and musical era, and are usually performed by musicians from our region. Expenses are covered by tax-deductible contributions from our patrons and grants; the Loucks Auditorium is made available to us through the courtesy of the Salem Public Library.

The purpose of the Camp Sherman Historical Society is the “accumulation and preservation of significant items, properties, structures, objects or data" relating to the history of Camp Sherman and the Metolius River Basin. The focus of CSHS is to collect oral histories, photographs and articles relating to the area and to support the preservation of historic properties and sites in the area.

CAA was founded in 1982. MISSION STATEMENT Creating and supporting community involvement in the arts. We are a volunteer-managed organization composed of: • artists of all mediums (including painting, textiles, photography, writing and more) and all levels (student, hobbyist and professional) • non artists who are enthusiastic, interested and supportive of the arts • parents and teachers of youth who love crafts, music and drama • people who care about the quality of life

Canby Historical Society was incorporated May 15, 1968. It is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Over the years, members have volunteered their time to seek out photographs, artifacts and information of historical significance to Canby from families, estates and charities. Because of these efforts, the Canby Depot Museum has been able to document the history of Canby and maintains the original Southern Pacific Depot and a caboose for everyone to enjoy.

Cannon Beach Arts Association funds and enhances the arts, and supports artists in Cannon Beach and the region through education, events, and exhibits.

The Cannon Beach History Center & Museum brings the unique history of Cannon Beach to life through interactive, seasonal and permanent exhibits. The museum is home to the cannon that the town was named for. Open six days a week the museum also offers an incredible photo collection in their archive, available to view by appointment. Don't miss the museum's free lecture series and art exhibitions. The museum also offers an acoustic series and field trip program during the school season.

The Cannon Beach Library was organized by eight women in 1927. The library is a private, nonprofit organization staffed by volunteers and a full-time manager, supported by fundraising events, used book sales, and donations. Our volunteers and donors make library services possible for Cannon Beach and Arch Cape residents and visitors.

The Friends is formed exclusively for charitable, literary, and educational purposes as specified in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. These purposes are: • To attract to the library donations of books, money, or other appropriate materials. • To support and cooperate with library personnel in developing, maintaining, and providing services to the patrons. • To organize library fund raising and community activities. • To seek public support for the library and develop an active and well-informed membership The Canyonville City Friends of the Library sponsor programs and help support new library services and technologies while working to maintain a quality library.

Cape Blanco Heritage Society, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), works cooperatively with Oregon Parks and Recreation Department at three historic sites on the beautiful southern Oregon coast: Cape Blanco Light Station (1870), Hughes House and Ranch (1898) and Port Orford Lifeboat Station (1934). All three sites are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Volunteers provide interpretive and educational services at these locales. Gift shops offer mementos with a history theme.

The mission of the Guild is to promote the study, teaching and practice of calligraphy and related arts. This shall be accomplished through sharing ideas with fellow scribes, holding regular meetings and sponsoring workshops and exhibits.

Salem Capital Pride seeks to educate, celebrate, and connect the LGBTQ+ community and our allies throughout the Central Willamette Valley through events, dissemination of information, and community partnerships.

"The Cascade Chorus started in 1946 when the Eugene Chapter of SPEBSQSA was chartered. Our goals are to preserve the acapella, four-part harmony style, to entertain, to serve the community, and to provide a life-long hobby of recreational singing, good fellowship and camaraderie. The Cascade Civil War Society (CCWS) is a non-profit educational and living history organization located in Southern Oregon. We are a family friendly group that is dedicated to the preservation of the history of the American Civil War and its impact on frontier expansion. Members conduct living history demonstrations, school programs, and battle reenactments of the American Civil War.

Cascades Raptor Center, a nature center and wildlife hospital, fosters a connection between people and birds of prey. Our goal is to help the human part of the natural community understand, value, and honor the role of wildlife in preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the Pacific Northwest. Our extensive collection of resident birds fascinates thousands of visitors of all ages each year, bringing to life the myths and legends of raptors in different cultures around the world.

Founded in 1978, CTC is Central Oregon's oldest volunteer community theatre! CTC offers the opportunity to everyone to come create and enjoy live theatre! We offer seven show to appeal to all audiences in our Main Stage series. In our Black Box Series we offer plays that explore the more complex sides of life and relationships, and our All Aspects Teen Theatre allows students to produce two productions! So join us in the audience, onstage, or backstage, because live theatre is our passion!

CCAC brings arts & cultural programming, workshops and events to to the public, in The Village of Government Camp, Oregon, Mt Hood. Established in 2005. It is the mission of Cascadia Center for Arts and Crafts / Arts Cabins Project to teach and interpret the traditional Cascadian Arts and Crafts techniques to the public and use these techniques in contemporary works. The CCAC is dedicated to bringing the Cascadian style and palette of materials to new development in the region.
